Shipping Information: We have partnered with New Vine Logistics in California to provide legal delivery of wine to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia. Most orders will be shipped within two to three business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt.

Standard Ground Shipping: The standard shipping option for all orders is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped ground will typically arrive 3-6 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.

Express Shipping: Express Shipping via UPS 2-Day Air is available in some states for an additional shipping charge. During the check-out process the exact shipping charge for all deliveries within the Continental U.S. will be posted.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are noted during the check-out process.

Order Tracking: You will receive tracking information via e-mail after your order is shipped.

Multiple Delivery Attempts: Wine orders require an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. We strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges: Please contact us by e-mail prior to returning a purchase so that we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
